Who we are
Allow me to officially introduce myself. My name is Payton, and I’m the owner of Matheny Roofing & Construction LLC. I started the company last August with the intent of having a roofing company that doesn’t just say that they put the customer first. I feel like every company says that. But honestly, we don’t do that here. You might think, “What company doesn’t put their customers first?” Here’s what I’m saying. We put God first before everything. God says that if we put him first, everything else will fall into place. God also says in Colossians chapter 3 “And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,” Colossians 3:23. And that’s what we strive to do. When we do any sort of work, we strive to be as close to perfection as possible. In the work that we do, but also in our communication with our customers. I know that’s where a lot of the issues are with contractors. They say one thing and then the workers do the opposite. Why is that? Because somewhere in the line of communication, someone didn’t say something to someone. And now you have a big mess on your hands and the customer isn’t happy. Communication is key, and that’s one thing that we strive to be the best at. Another thing is the quality of our work. Again, I am a perfectionist. So when a homeowner has an expectation on how they want something done, we get it done that way. I know what you’re thinking, “everyone messes up sometime”. And you’re 100% right. So do we sometimes. But it’s how the company responds to the mess up. When we mess up (and yes, it’s gonna happen sometime), we own our mistakes and go over and above to make it right.
